I chatted with Ben Gilbert on the One to One Marketing Podcast in May 2023 where we discussed a range of marketing topics including how to engage with customers in the healthcare space, the value of collecting zero- and first-party data, and why there’s no such thing as an “average customer.”

We spoke about the current state of consumer marketing and marketing technology such as CDPs and share my thoughts on how Ai will impact the role of the marketer. Finally, I remind marketers that customers have a minimum expectation ; make things simple, honest and make sure things work. This is something that can easily be overlooked as many businesses become increasingly complex as they grow and try harder to gain attention.
